Description

General

Table name

A unique sequence of letters and/or number that will be used to identify the table.

Length is limited to 40 characters.

Valid characters for Table name are: a-Z followed by any combination of a-z, A-Z, 0-9 and _.

The hyphen is not allowed.

Once it has been saved, you cannot edit the value of Table name once it has been saved.

Description

A description of the table.

For example, one of the Ticket Tables that is automatically created is named shipment_ticket and the Description is Shipments.

So If you create a table named waste_ticket, a good description would be Waste or Waste Ticket.

Label

The default value is 'Ticket #'.

Prefix/suffix

A fixed value to print in front of the Ticket Number. For example '17' to indicate the tickets are from the year 2017.

Seperator

A character to placed between the Prefix/suffix value and the Ticket Number. Using a '-' (dash) is an obvious example.

Next ticket number

The next ticket number that will be printed. This number is incremented each time a ticket is printed for the table. Each table has a separate set of ticket numbers.
