The Ticket Printer table allows you identify and configure specific printers for purpose for printing tickets.
A Ticket Printer must associated with a specific Ticket Table.

A Windows printer name. The default value is the Windows default printer. |

A description of the printer. By default this is the Printer name. |

The Ticket Table associated with the printer. |

A value that determines when to print a ticket: Inbound, Outbound or Inbound and Outbound. |

In Default mode, Copies specifies the number of pages. In Join mode this is the number of copies per page. |

The specific printer to use when printing tickets for this table. The default printer is the default Windows printer. |

If you are using a printer that can only print single copies you can set the Copies column to something other than 1 to have Dispatch automatically generate multiple copies. |

The location of the Ticket format file. |
Report file name |
The name of the Ticket format file. |
PDF writer |

Enabled |
Write a PDF copy of any Ticket created by Print Tickets |
Folder |
The root folder used to store PDF files created by Print Tickets |
Sub-folder items |
You can choose to include the following items a sub-folder: Computer name, Printer description, Table name, Ticket date |
File name format |
A format string used to create the PDF file name. The default is Ticket %ld.pdf where %ld represents the Ticket Number. |
Open PDF |
Open the PDF file after it has been created |
Email PDF |
Include the PDF in any emails that are automatically sent by Print Tickets |
Barcoding |

If this Printer and/or Ticket Format is used exclusively to barcoded ticket, this settings is True.
This option is only used when you have a specific printer and/or ticket format that is used when printing barcoded tickets.
If you do not have a printer and/or ticket format that you use exclusively for printing barcodes, this setting is False. |
