Short cut that uses command line options

Here is a example of a Windows shortcut using command line options:

C:\Program Files (x86)\CanScale\Dispatch3.2\System\Dsptch32.exe -tile kiosk -iodevice-address 192.168.2.187 -scale-name Scale2

Double-clicking on the shortcut will do the following:

•Start Dispatch 3.2 operating as an Unattended Kiosk

•Use an eI/O device at 192.168.2.187 to control traffic signals

•Use the Scale named Scale2
