The Company table allows you to identify one or more business units that sell products and/or services. The name, address and phone information supplied for each Company record will be used to create a ticket header for tickets produced for the Company.
For example, if your company operates a construction unit (ABC Construction) and aggregate supply unit (ABC Sand & Gravel) you would create two companies: ABC1 and ABC2 or ABCCONST and ABCSG. If you create a Order for the construction unit, specify that the Company ID is ABC1 (or ABCCONST). If you create an Order for the sand and gravel unit, specify that the Company ID is ABC2 (or ABCSG).
A column name shown in red indicates that a value is required for that column.
