Ticket scheduling

You can Schedule pick-ups and deliveries for an Order by creating Scheduled Tickets.

 

1.Click the Schedule menu item to open the Create Scheduled Tickets dialog.

Creating Scheduled Tickets

1.Set the number of Scheduled Tickets you would like to create. You can create a maximum of 25 at one time.

2.Specify the Ticket details. You can change the details later, but, you'll have to change them one Ticket at a time.

3.If you want to create a single set of Tickets, click OK. The Tickets will be created and the Create Scheduled Tickets dialog will close.

4.If you'd like to create multiple sets of Tickets, click Apply. The Tickets will be created and the Create Scheduled Tickets dialog will remain open.

Scheduled Tickets appear in the Print Tickets panel where you can select and complete them.
