This is a generally available preview release, know as Preview Release 19, includes build 1.5.7.47 of Dispatch.
There was a problem with Options dialog that was introduced in build 1.5.7.23. Some items on the dialog were not set until you click on a control within a tab on the dialog. If you did not install 1.5.7.23 or use the Options dialog with that build you would not have seen the problem.

Manual weights are now displayed in the Scale Display control. This feature can be disabled by unchecking the Display manual weight checkbox on the Tickets tab of the Options dialog.
This feature has been requested often therefore it has been enabled by default.
