This is a generally available preview release, know as Preview Release 18, includes build 1.5.7.23 of Dispatch.
Selecting a Measurement System (Metric or Imperial) now works correctly or as expected. See the Changes and New Features sections below for more information.
The Measurement System can be changed from the Measurement Units tab of the Options dialog. When you select metric or Imperial, the conversion values for the Measurement Units table are updated accordingly.
The confirmation dialogs associated with the New, Delete and Edit actions can be enabled or disabled. Prior to this you could disable the dialogs but they became re-enabled if you closed and re-opened Dispatch.
The Measurement System is now part of each Scale Definition. On an upgraded installation, the Measurement System setting will be set to the Measurement System that was selected when you first ran Dispatch. No additional changes are required.
The Data Source tab has been added to the Options dialog. The following settings are available:
Enable or disable confirmation dialogs
Specify backup options
Enable or disable confirmation dialogs
A new panel called Scale Status has been added to the main window. It can be used to determine if there are any scale errors prior to trying to print a ticket.
