This is the thirteenth generally available release also know as Preview Release 13. Preview Release 13 includes build 1.5.6.206 of Dispatch.
Fixed a problem that caused tickets not to be added when a Windows system setting changed (adding or deleting a printer for example). This caused the date and time format to reset to dd/mm/yyyy instead of yyyy-mm-dd which caused an error when printing. Unfortunately the error was not report and Dispatch would simply not print unless it was restarted.
