Open Email settings panel by selecting Email from the General group.

 

 

Sending Email

Dispatch can send Tickets and Reports by Email directly using the Dispatch 3.2 Send Mail client or you can use your preferred desktop Email client like Outlook or Thunderbird.

 

To send Email you require a connection to the Internet and access to an SMTP server.
