Dispatch uses your systems regional setting property to configure default settings and setup dialogs that are appropriate to your region. For example, if your regional settings are English (Canadian), Dispatch will set the default ticket unit to be kilograms (kg) and the default invoice unit to be tonnes.
At present, Dispatch only differentiates between English (Canadian) and English (United States).
Changing Regional Settings
To confirm or change the value of your regional setting click Start > Settings > Control Panel. When the Control Panel appears, double-click the Regional Settings icon. Use the combo box on the Regional Settings tab to select either English (Canadian) and English (United States).
