For every Active Ticket table there is also a companion Deleted Ticket table. Before an Active Ticket is deleted it is copied to the Deleted Ticket table. This table is maintained by Dispatch and is a read-only table.

 

You cannot add, edit or delete rows in a Deleted Ticket table but you can view them and you can restore them.
