The Today button provides access to a number of shortcuts to select a range of Tickets based on the date they were created.
The most obvious shortcut would be to simply click the Today button which selects all Tickets for the current date.
To access additional shortcuts, click the drop-down arrow at the right side of the button.
The following additional shortcuts are available from a drop-down menu.

Previous Week |
The entire week prior to the current calendar control week |
This Week |
The week that contains the current date |
Next Week |
The entire week following to the current calendar control week |
Monday - Sunday |
The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday |
Sunday - Saturday |
The week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday |
Previous Month |
The entire month prior to the current calendar control month |
This Month |
The month that contains the current date |
Next Month |
The entire month following to the current calendar control month |
Week for selected date |
All days of the week that contains the calendar control date |
Month for selected date |
All days of the month contains the calendar control date |
Year for selected date |
All days of year that contains the calendar control date |
Go to year |
Jump to a specific year |
Include Start and End times |
When checked, controls are visible that allow a start and end time to be selected |
