If you are running Windows XP and you are using the same physical printer to print Tickets and Reports and you don't want your Reports to print on the Custom form that you assigned to the Ticket Printer, you must add a separate printer to use as your Report Printer.
To install a Report Printer, simply follow the steps outlined in the 'Adding a new printer' topic.
If you will be using a dedicated Report printer, follow the installation instructions that came with the printer.
We recommend that you set the Report printer the default printer.
