Row Navigator is the name used to describe a toolbar that is used to navigate through the rows of a table. The Row Navigator typically appears as shown in the picture below.
Row Navigator actions
Each button on the Row Navigator performs a specific action on the currently selected table. Those actions are described below.

Sets the current row to the first row in the table, disables the First and Prior buttons, and enables the Next and last buttons if they are disabled.
